Label Printing System Specifications:-

Barcode section:

- Operator scans a product barcode using the barcode field (**Auto Print check box checked)

- The system reads the barcode and compares it to a CSV file that is updated every day.

(This csv file is stored in a server folder which can be accessible http://www.ry.com.au/.../.../.../.../brcodelist.csv )

- The system will take the RRP Price and Special Price from the CSV file and:

* If a product has special price, the system will then print through a label machine the Special Price label.

* If a product has NO special price, the system will then print through a label machine the Price label.

* If the product barcode is not found on the CSV file, the system will show the warning message.

**Auto Print check box by default check, so it will print automatically after user scan the barcode. To enter barcode manually the check box must be unchecked.

Manual Label section:

- Operator can either fill out the RRP Price or Special Price fields or both fields.

- Special Price field is mandatory

- If the operator fills out both fields the system will then print through a label machine the Special Price label.

- If the operator fills out only the Special Price field the system will then print through a label machine the Price label.
